Accessibility

We want this website and the Navigaze app to work for everyone. Here is what we aim for, what we know falls short, and how to tell us.
What we aim for
We aim for this website, including the checkout and activation pages, to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA. In practice that means:
- Text and controls with enough contrast against the dark background (at least 4.5:1 for text).
- Every page usable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline on links, buttons and form controls.
- Images with text alternatives, and pages marked with their language.
- Text that can be resized, and layouts that work at phone width without scrolling sideways.
- Animation that respects your system's reduced-motion setting: the reveal-on-scroll effect and the spinner on the activation page slow down or stop when it is set.
- Fonts served from this site, with system fallbacks, so text shows even if a font fails to load.
Known issues
- The lens captures on the home page are pictures of the glasses display. What they show is described in each image's alternative text, but the text inside them is not readable at full size.
- The dot-matrix speed readout on the home page is decorative; screen readers get a one-line description instead.
- The tables on the bikes and scooters page and the comparison table on the Pro page are wide; on a phone they reflow or scroll inside their own box.
- Payment happens on PayPal's pages, which we do not control.
- In the app, the lens display is limited by the glasses themselves: text size on the lens is fixed by the G2, and the G2 cannot render Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu or Thai script, so place names in those scripts are transliterated.
- The app's safety notice must be accepted before navigation starts; it is a modal dialog and is announced as one.
